Long term development of 5 miles of waterfront park

The project includes a continuous canopy of trees in large interconnected soil volumes with the trees in the initial project phases growing at over 30” of branch extension a year reaching closed canopy after just the first 5 years. Rain water is harvested into the soil system to support the trees
